To ensure that our chef curated menus are delivered up to standard, you will need the services of our highly trained crew.

THESE STAFF PACKAGES cover a shift of 7 hours, which start 2 hours before the mass unless advised otherwise. After 7 hours, each staff member is paid overtime; €8+VAT an hour.
When catering for weddings
• At bare venues which require a full set up and/or
• A civil ceremony taking place at the reception venue
Our staff might be required to start preparing for the wedding 3 hours prior to the mass/ceremony.
These staff packages might sometimes need to be altered to complement the menu or selected venue.

The prices in this brochure are valid for bookings made until September 2020.
Menus are based on a minimum of 150 guests. A supplement fee will apply if the number of guests is less.
Wedding menus can be modified.
Themed stations can only be ordered with a reception menu.
A reservation for a wedding will only be confirmed once the contract has been signed and a €600 non - refundable deposit is paid.
Another deposit, 50% of the total bill, is required prior to the wedding. If this deposit is not affected, Neriku Catering is entitled, not to supply its wedding services and retain the non – refundable deposit. The remaining balance is to be settled within 7 days of the wedding date.
Personalized quotes will be tailor - made for weddings taking place in Gozo.
Neriku Catering will provide all the necessary tables and linen for the wedding cake table, food stations and bars.
At certain venues, electric supply may not be available, consequently a generator will be required. In addition, for some outdoor venues, gazebos for the kitchen set up, pot wash, food stations and bars may be needed. These costs will be covered by the client. Such necessities are required in order to guarantee high quality food and service.
A service charge of €1+VAT per person is applicable. This charge covers several costs such as breakages of glassware, heating equipment, transport and laundry charges.
Neriku Catering does not charge any corkage fees.
Neriku Catering provides bar set up, glassware and standard garnish.
A wine bar can be set up as an accompaniment to the Cheese & Salami Station. There aren’t any set up charges, except that of the barman’s fee.
Ice flakes and ice cubes can be provided at a charge of €5+ VAT per bag .
A standard 3 tier cake is included in the package. Any flowers, laces, ribbons will need to be provided by the client. The client must confirm the cake by not later than 1 month prior to the wedding date. An additional charge for certain wedding cakes may be applicable, this is depending on the type of cake selected.
All prices listed are exclusive of 18% VAT. Should there be any change on the tax percentage, prices will be amended accordingly.
