Payment details and hiring fees

Hiring fees excluding bond payments, are required at the time of booking. Confirmation will be sent by email within three working days. Cheques/Money Orders must be made payable to the City of Casey and mailed to: Wilson Botanic Park Berwick - 668 Princes Highway, Berwick, 3806.

If required, a bond payment must be paid no less than seven days prior to your hire.

Security Bond Refund details

Security Bonds paid by Eftpos will be refunded to the nominated bank account below, within four weeks of your booking, providing a site inspection has been conducted and approved by a Wilson Botanic Park Berwick staff member.

Please refer to the Schedule for additional charges and further information regarding possible deductions from the bond for any occurrence associated with the hire of the facility.
