Conflicts

In the interest of time, and out of respect to the judge and other

exhibitors, we ask that you be at the ring when your class is

called.

We will make every effort to accommodate rider conflicts, but

the ring will not be held for trainer conflicts.

Friday Evening Schooling

The show rings may be available for schooling on Friday night before the

show, weather permitting. The time will be 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The fee

is $20.00 per horse and must be paid at the time of schooling unless you are

pre-entered and included the schooling on your entry form.

Check with show management as weather conditions will control the

availability of this schooling session.

Classes 150 and 151 Schooling will be run as open card.

The fee for each of these classes will be $12.00. You may enter each class

only one time per horse or pony. You may ride in the class at any time

during the day. The class will not be judged, but will be run in accordance

with general rules, such as elimination after three refusals or going off

course. The judge will be on the stand to enforce general rules.

You must enter the class on your entry form. When you go to the gate, let

the gatekeeper know you are doing your schooling class. There will be a

designated course for the schooling class.

We will also run Classes 152 and 153 Derby as an open card class. You

may choose to enter this class at any time when the jumps are set at the appropriate height. We ask, however, that you do your jump course while

the scheduled class is running.

It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to notify the gatekeeper of the intent

to do the schooling round or the Hunter Derby. Once the jumps are

changed for the next division, we will not go back to the prior height.
