I’m Going To Show You The Steps For A Little known Online Strategy

• How to get a website online in 48 hours

• How you present your website to your prospective client. (what your website should say to make your phone ring).

• How to get top ten local listing in Google inside two - four weeks.

• How to get all the above done for you for loads less than you think.

Important Housekeeping

• The information I am about to give you is for Raw Members Only.

• By the time we get to the end of this presentation you will quickly realise that not only will this give you a massive edge over your local competitors, you will also be able to implement this into multiple areas of your business.

Just So You know

• With web design knowledge, marketing knowledge and all the other stuff that comes along with being in business online I decided to release a book called “Local Search Domination”.

• This book has been written to help bricks and mortar businesses to get a look in online, and has now been downloaded on the internet over 2000 times in the last 9 months. (including Amazon.com)

• My very first business was a traditional bricks and mortar affair (Plant and Tool Hire) so I have seen both sides of the story.

Your Local Online Strategy

• Ok so first your going to need a website (if you already have one please don't run off as this still applies to you).

• Static or Dynamic.

Getting Set Up

• Buy a domain name from www.123-reg.co.uk(must be relative to your service and area)

• Before you get a website running you need hosting so go to www.hostgator.com.

• If you have a preference to a UK based Host go to www.eukost.com.

• When Hosting is up click on the Fantisco icon and voila your basic wordpress website is live

• Log in to your wordpress, and choose a theme.

Now Fill Your Site With ContentHome –About –Contact (will do for now)

• You need some relevant text copy for your website to tell your visitors who you are, what you do and how they can get it.

• Don't worry about mission statements or unique selling propositions just yet.

• Pick a few images that relate to your company, if you have no images go to www.istockphoto.com(DO NOT COPY IMAGES FROM THE INTERNET).

• Add necessary Plug ins.

Get On Google Top Ten

• Sign up for a Google places account• Enter all your details (make sure that the contact

details are EXACTLY THE SAME as on your new website).

• Do not get spammy with your details in Google Places.

• Add images and You Tube Video.• Email all your associates for a testimonial on your

Google places account. (DO NOT POST THESE YOURSELF GOOGLE KNOWS YOUR IP ADDRESS).

Finnish The Job

• Post your details on as many local Directories as possible (15 to 20 is usually enough) Like Yell.com, Free Index, Thompson Local etc.

• There are more things you could do to make sure your site gets indexed quickly like, posting to social media, posting an article to an article directory or asking a business colleague to add a link to their site.

• Add content every week – month to your site.

Phew!

• Now you know why 95% of UK businesses are not implementing this strategy.

• But the only tough part is getting set up.

• I know most small companies do not have the time to go through even this short learning curve.

• You guessed it, I have a solution.
