Johnson RV agrees that it will not directly or indirectly solicit or encourage any Anvil employee to terminate his or her employment. 4. Anvil will add a 3% monthly interest charge to invoices not paid within 60 days of issue date. 5. Johnson RV can cancel or reduce scope of services with a 30-day written notice. After notice, if canceling, Anvil will invoice for remaining 30

days of agreement. If reducing scope, Anvil will implement the reduction after 30 days, pro-rating as needed.

This agreement shall be effective with electronically transmitted signatures. You warrant that you have the legal right to enter into this Agreement on behalf of your company.
