Admission Procedure

• The schedule may change without any prior notice. The candidates are therefore advised to visit theCollege website www.gcrjy.ac.in from time to time to find any change in the schedule.

• All the candidates desirous of taking admission in any of the UG programmes are requested to registeronline through college website www.gcrjy.ac.in

• A non-refundable registration fee of Rs.120/- (Rupees one hundred and twenty only) is to be paidthrough Challan in any branch of Andhra Bank after registration of online application. Otherwise theironline application will not be considered.

• Candidates are required to produce all the Original Certificates both at the time of Certificate Verificationand Counseling. The required Fee shall be paid in the College office immediately after the Counseling.No time relaxation will be given for payment of Fee.

• Candidates should bring the original certificates mentioned in the check list and 01 set of attestedphotocopies and 2 passport size photos at the time of counseling and certificate verification.

Online applications are invited from the eligible candidates who have passed or appeared for the 2nd YearIntermediate examination, for admission into various Under Graduate courses offered by the Government(Autonomous) College, Rajamahendravaram, for the academic year 2018-19.

General Rules to be followed for admission:-

1. The candidates selected under merit list will not be given extension of time to produce any certificate orpayment of fee.

2. The students must abide by rules and regulations of the college.

3. Prescribed Uniform is compulsory for UG and PG students.

4. The College reserves the right to alter the fee structure and other conditions mentioned in the prospectuswhen there is a change in the rules from time to time by the Government and University.

5. Admission will not be made if sufficient number of applications is not received in any group combinations,and the applicants may be accommodated in the combination in which the seats are vacant subject to theireligibility and willingness.

6. The candidates are informed to keep the required number of Photostat copies of the documents theysubmit at the time of admission.

7. Once submitted, the original ‘Transfer Certificate’ (T.C.) of intermediate will not be returned. Incase of cancellation of admission, T.C. from the college will be issued and Re-admission of candidate isnot allowed after 18th June 2018.

8. Fee-Reimbursement and Scholarships are as per Government norms.

9. Examination process is as per college rules.

10. Limited Hostel Facility is available in the college campus for both girls and boys.

11. Candidate shall fulfill a minimum attendance of 75% for theory and 95% for practicals in every semester.

12. All the students admitted into First year Degree course should take one certificate course and skilldevelopment course.

13. Ragging is totally banned on the college campus.
