beginning of our design adventure!

Below, I have outlined the basics our WordPress Website Design package.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?• WordPress instillation and setup with installation of necessary plugins.

• Design up to 5 pages, e.g Home, About, Blog, Portfolio & Contact etc.

• 2 rounds of amendments (up to 10 changes).

• Custom web design elements e.g brand icons, banners and CTA’s.

Buttons and favicon to match existing branding.

• Custom CSS to further design your website.

• Mobile responsive, SEO friendly and easy to navigate.

• Installation of a front end developer to make future changes simple

and provide instructions/ tutorial for upkeep.

Investment: £875

Timescale: 3 - 4 weeks

(this is dependant on clients response time with feedback.)

THE PROCESS:Planning & Analysis

What do you want to achieve through your website?

I will Identify technical functions and collate all content types being

provided. I can then move on to create page outlines and we will discuss

visual themes for the website.

• 50% deposit prior to commencemnet of work.

• The domain will need to be purchased in your (the clients) name,

along with web hosting. I recommend SiteGround for this (https://www.

siteground.com/go/fraserandcodesign - this is an affiliate link, but I do

really rate them and choose to host my personal sites with them, so know

their platform well. Their customer service is wonderful and the price is

one of the most competitive.)

• You will need to supply me with the hosting company login details to

allow me to set-up and install WordPress to your website.

• All written and any visual content provided will need to

be done now. This includes, T&C’s, a privacy and cookies policy.

I will go on to produce a mock-up of all 5 pages and create a site map,

whilst Identifying colors and fonts to be used.

At this stage, I will also create visual assets, call to action, banners

and any other visual elements and prepare your website concept for

feedback.

• I will respond to amendments.

I will now begin to design your website online, before making it live.

This inclides; Installing and activating plugins. Customising back-end

for easier future use. Proofreading and a test performance on other

platforms and devices to insure it is fully mobile responsive and I will

optimise your website’s SEO.

• 50% final payment.

I will provide instructions/ tutorial for upkeep and future minor content

edits. (Future ammendments/ general upkeep can be organised at an

extra price.)

PAYMENTS

Below, I have outlined a payment schedule that ensure we both understand

when payments are due.

If this doesn’t suit you or you have a concern regarding it, please contact

us and make me aware prior to any work, allowing us to tailor something

specific for you and your project.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• 50% of agreed project cost as noted in contract.

• Once the final website design has been approved, I will send you over

an invoice for the raimaining balance.

• Remaining balance to be paid. Final website will be made live and

handed over once payment is recieved and not before.

Your contract will cover your inital scope of work. If at any point during the

contract your needs/ wants change, this will be addressed, discussed and

charged for accordingly.
