This lesson will take the teacher out of the teaching. It is student based research and student based presentations. Each group will be responsible for teaching their continent to the rest of the class. This should provide some cultural and global awareness that they did not have beforehand. The student led presentations will take the teacher out of the lecture role and let the students do the teaching. If managed properly this lesson could be very fun and educational.
