You can specify rules for eachof your surveys. If present, thesurvey is only shown to users who match the criteria you specified. We support rules based on:

a. Page URL’s on your website.

b. Geo location of a visitor.

c. Referring site URL’s(search engine, ad-campaigns etc).

d. Minimum time spent by a visitor on your site.

e. Cookie (key/values) based rules for a visitor.

f. User’s browser/platform.

g. User’s time of visit.


If a visitor meets the criteria that you have set as rules for this survey, it pops up unobtrusively on your site.

In case of multi-question surveys, the user gets to see the second question immediately after submitting the firstone (without any page refresh on your site) until completion. If the user leaves mid-way, you’ll still get to see a partially completed survey response.
