Justyna Wilner is the head of International Marketing School and the Director of Know-How at Webcertain. She has over 5 years experience in managing international and multilingual advertising campaigns and over 3 years experience in training digital marketing professionals from globally recognised brands such as Adidas, booking.com, SAP & Airbnb. She has spoken at digital marketing conferences across the world and is a certified Yandex, Google Adwords and Bing PPC specialist. Justyna is originally from Poland and currently lives in the UK.

Andy Atkins-Krüger is the CEO of Webcertain. He has worked in international marketing for over 20 years and has been focused on the international SEO since 1997. Through the WebCertain Group, he has worked on hundreds of international SEO projects in all major languages and all corners of the globe and has openly shared his knowledge via the Search Engine Land, Search Engine Watch, the International SEO Expert course as well as series of digital marketing conferences around the world. Originally a trained linguist, he currently lives in Barcelona and speaks fluent German and French.

Christina Xu has over 4 years experience working on variety international projects for a range of clients from different industries. She started her career in a business development and affiliate marketing role for the Greater China market in an international business, joining Webcertain's team in 2013 to continue to pursue her passion in digital marketing. Christina is an award-winning conference speaker and has over one year experience working as a trainer. She speaks Mandarin and English, and has lived in the UK since 2007.

Yao Yining is a General Manager for the Chinese market and leads Webcertain's Beijing-based team. He has over 7 years experience in the online marketing field, with a specific focus on international SEO and PPC. Yao is a certified Google, Bing and Yandex PPC specialist. Since 2015, he has been training global marketing professionals in how to run effective international campaigns. Prior to heading up the Beijing office, Yao was based in the UK for 6 years.

Benjamin Lefebvre is the Director of Webcertain Business Solutions. With an extensive linguistic background, and over four years of hands-on search experience, Ben is familiar with a variety of different industry sectors. He also makes sure that all clients' international online marketing strategies have been appropriately adapted to each target market. Ben's areas of expertise are SEM, SMO, SEO, Online PR and Link Building applied to international markets and project management. Originally from France, he currently lives in the UK

Alan Lao joined Webcertain in 2015 and is working in the Media department. Being a certificate holder of Google AdWords, Yandex Expert and Google Analytics, he is managing campaigns across Google, Yandex, Baidu, Naver, Yahoo, and LinkedIn. Alan has almost one years experience training top Chinese brands on how to manage their international campaigns. He is from Macao and has spent some years in Taiwan and in England. He speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Arkadiusz Kostrzycki born in Poland and raised in Canada, is the Global SEO Manager at Webcertain where he has been working for the past 8 years. He has extensive knowledge and experience in online search, particularly in the field of technical SEO. With strong analytical skills he provides invaluable input to developing SEO strategies, delivering SEO projects and improving online performance of clients. He's also actively involved in developing, improving SEO services and processes.
