Spaces are same as Portal in PS7. So Personal/group spaces are same as personal/group Portal in PS7.

Space shared with other users. Consist of pages, Wikis, Blogs, documents, etc. available to all

users. User creating a space is default moderator. Predefined templates can be used for spaces. Moderator – Manage space by changing settings. Can have different CSS for style.

Creating Pages and adding Components

User/Moderator can create personal or shared pages. Composer is used to add content to the page. Component property can be set/changed to change the Look n

Feel. Page parameters can be added.

Users are added to the spaces to be part of it. Can be done by Moderator of the space. Users can also send request to join the space. Authorization is given to users to see specific pages

in the space. This is done by going to set page access and

adding user with their role.

Provides Document Service in WC App. Can upload/download documents from WC App Is Configured in EM Console. Content Presenter and Document Manager/Explorer tasks flows.

BI Reports Integration Configured in EM Console. Mbean browser is used for

configurations. Shared folder on BI Side is

added from the library to the Resource Catalog.

All the reports are available in the composer through BI Connection.

Changes in reports are reflected in imported reports on WC Side.
