    This responsibility has access to all three functions Create Document used to create a spredsheet Create ADI Layout used to define the data elements

    in the journal upload Create ADI Mapping used to define text file profile

    Create Layout

    Layouts control data elements in the context, headerand lines regions of the spreadsheet

    Update, duplicate, delete or define a new layout

    Set placement region and default value for requiredfields

    Account, Debit and Credit should always reside in theLine region

    Mapping template are used to define profile of thetext file containing journal or budget data
