BIOGRAPHY(S): Please attach a biography in Word Format, listing you or your group name followed by 5 – 10 bullet points of interest. The Biography will be used to gather information when writing scripts for presenters. Please make sure all information is relevant, accurate and informative, remembering to use the Street Party date of August 2016 for ages of performers if given.
PUBLICITY: Are you or your group willing to appear as needed on radio, television, magazine etc. for Buderim Street Party publicity? YES / NO (please circle)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (STAGE ARTISTS)1. You are to be on site by 6.15pm at the latest. A “green room area” will be available for you to relax
in while waiting for your appearance. Whilst we will give you a guide as to the time you will be called to stage, this will be approximate and you may be required earlier. Please have your mobile phones on and remain in the artist’s area.
2. As Burnett Street between the two roundabouts will be closed between 6:00pm and 10:00pm, except for Emergency Services, there will be NO vehicle movements allowed within the event site between 6:00 pm and 10.00 pm NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. The Buderim Street Party is a non-profit event organised by the Buderim Lions Club and the Rotary Club of Buderim. It is acknowledged that all profits made by the organisers at the event will go back into the community or will be used to support community events.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (NON - STAGE ARTISTS AND BUSKERS)1. You are to be set up and performing by 6:30 pm and perform until 9:30 pm if possible, to maintain

2. Marquee if erected MUST have leg weights. Spikes of any type cannot be used.
