For each of the following prompts, respond in a fully developed paragraph. Watch your time to ensure you address all three prompts.

“Possibility of Evil” Prompt:Analyze how Jackson creates IRONY by JUXTAPOSING reality vs perception. Hone in on a passage rather than summarizing from the entire story. (juxtaposition = putting two unlike things together to reveal a hidden truth; i.e. roses typically stand for love and beauty, but when linked with Miss Strangeworth’s hate and ugliness, they reveal the irony that Miss S. isn’t the same on the inside as she is on the outside; now you choose a different example)

“A&P” Prompt:Choose an adjective to describe Sammy and then analyze that aspect of him.
