Instructions for Taking the Working Climate Survey Christy Vincent In our WICT Webinar on May 31, we will focus on the concepts of tolerance for uncertainty and uncertainty management—two topics important to the subject of change management in organizations. To prepare for the Webinar, you will need to take an online assessment instrument authored by Dr. Philip Clampitt, titled: The Working Climate Survey. Please follow the instructions below to take the survey. Click on the following link or copy and paste the link into your Web browser. http://www.iMetacomm.com . Click on the What We Do Tab in the menu bar at the top of the page. Then click on Assessments. Then click on The Working Climate Survey. Scroll down and you will find the link titled: Click here to take the Working Climate Survey at the bottom of the page. Click on the link to take the survey. At the end of the survey, the instrument will ask for some demographic information from you. This information is for Dr. Clampitt’s data base. He and his colleagues are merely collecting aggregate data for their research purposes. No one associated with WICT will have access to your answers on this survey. When your survey is completed, you will see your results in a section titled, “Working Climate Survey Results.” The only way to save your results is to highlight the information and then copy and paste it into a Word document. Alternatively, you can write your scores in the blanks below. Please have your scores available when you log into the Webinar. We will discuss the instrument and interpret your scores during the Webinar.
