PFA Christmas Disco Tickets will be on sale on Monday for the forthcoming Christmas Disco on Thursday (17th) between 6-8pm. Water bottles continue to be an important piece of equipment in school. Please make sure that your child has one each day.

We all loved Brynelle’s Head gear!

End of the Term School will close for the holidays next week on Friday 18th December at 3.20pm. Please note we are NOT closing early on that day. We also took the decision not to have a Christmas Jumper Day for two reasons, neither of which are that the Headteacher has turned into Scrooge! Firstly, because after a brief survey it seems many children at LJS do not have one of these and we were keen not to add extra costs to parents before Christmas. Secondly, we support many charitable causes and felt that asking for another donation was too much. Other schools may be holding a Christmas Jumper Day; on this occasion, we are not.
