Social Studies

This is our last week to study consumers, goods and services, and ventures---learning to live in the real world/money.

We will then move on to animal study.

Math We will continue to work on ‘word problems that add to a number: example: There were 4 girls in the park in the morning. By dinner, there were six girls altogether. How many girls came in the afternoon? Refer to the Engage New York website Module 1 for hints on strategies used. Lessons 9-13 next week. (https://www.engageny.org)

PICTURE DAY IS TUESDAY, SEPT. 4th. Please dress your child accordingly, for the sake of those who do purchase an individual picture. (Class pictures come in the Spring.)
