Registration - Exhibition Booth StaffAll exhibitors are entitled three (3) complimentary registrations types per booth, as follows;

● One (1) full registration Includes access to the exhibition, all catering, all technical sessions and all social functions with the

exception of the ACA Foundation Networking Event being held on Monday 25 November 2019.

● One (1) exhibitor attendant registrationIncludes access to the exhibition, all day catering and the Welcome Reception and Exhibition

Opening on Sunday, 24 November 2019. Please note that this registration type does not include access to sessions or other social functions

● One (1) Asset Manager Day Registration per boothIncludes access to the exhibition, all catering, all technical sessions. Please note this registration type does not include any social functions. Sponsors or Exhibitors may purchase tickets on behalf of their guests if they wish via the registration form.

Should the exhibitor attendant wish to attend any of the other social functions: - ACA Awards Dinner, ACA Foundation Networking Event or Farewell Function, additional tickets will need to be purchased during the registration process.

Additional exhibitor attendants can also be purchased for a registration fee of $450 (Australian Dollars, not GST) per attendant and will include access to the exhibition, all day catering and the Welcome Reception on the Sunday night. All exhibitors are required to register their complimentary full, complimentary stand attendant registrations and Asset Managers registration. If you have not done so already, please email [email protected] and we will forward you the link.

Booth Signage/FasciaEach shell scheme booth includes a fascia sign for booth signage and booth number. Exhibitors need to supply the company name for the booth/s fascia board. (Maximum 30 characters including spaces please do not include P/L or PTY LTD etc.).

Moreton Hire will contact all exhibitors in the lead up to the event to ascertain their fascia signage requirements. Note all fascia requests and forms are to be directed and returned directly to Moreton Hire, not the ACA.

Trestle Table & Chairs1 complimentary Trestle table and 2 complimentary chairs will be provided by Crown Promenade at every exhibition booth. If you do not need these tables and chairs, please advise Rachelle [email protected] and we will remove them from your booth.

Additional Furniture, Plants, AV & Electrical Hire Additional or alternate furniture, brochure stands, AV, TVs, counters, lockable cupboards, power, plants etc. can be ordered via Moreton Hire, the official contractor for Corrosion & Prevention.

Exhibitors are responsible to order and pay for additional furniture, electrical and furniture over and above what is provided in the exhibition entitlements.

Upgrade or Custom BoothsA stand shell scheme booth as outlined on page 3 is included as an exhibition entitlement; however some exhibitors may prefer to have an upgraded booth or a custom booth installed.

Exhibitors can use their own custom build companies or alternatively arrange their custom booth build by Moretons. Regardless of whether or not you plan to use Moreton Hire for your custom build you must Contact Emese Kovacs at Moreton Hire (details below) to discuss custom-build coordination.

Please note that it is a requirement that all Custom Build contractors who have been engaged by an exhibitor are required to sign in upon arrival to the venue. All contractors mu st have completed Crown Promenade inductions.

● Non combustible

● Made of self-extinguishing plastic (if applicable)

● Flame proof fabric (if applicable)

● Rendered ‘flame resistant’ by an acceptable process

Custom Stand DesignThe designer of a stand should consider the following:

● Compliance with the Building Codes and all other relevant Australian Standards

● How the builder will be able to safely erect and dismantle the stand once on site, in the time frame allocated to them by the organizer of the event

● The allocated space in which it is intended to fit. The organizer/stand builder needs to ensure that there is sufficient clearance beneath existing ceilings and catwalks and that the stand is of correct dimensions to fit within the allocated space

● The BCA requires that materials used for stand construction must comply with the relevant Standards and Codes

Crown does not provide dedicated waste disposal/recycling facilities for custom build booths.

Delivery of Booth Content The following options are available for delivery/pick up of freight for Corrosion & Prevention 2019.

OPTION 1 (recommended) – Freight Forwarding/Transport/Logistics

Agility Fairs and Events have been appointed the official logistics provider to the Corrosion & Prevention Conference 2019.

Agility specialises in exhibition freight forwarding - both domestic and international. Agility can ensure that your product, display & merchandise are in the right place, at the right time, providing a complete transport, materials handling & storage service. Agility provides a complete service including monitoring of freight from your door step right through to the venue to make sure your goods are handled in a professional manner and all formalities/deadlines are met. If you are using Agility, your goods will automatically be delivered to the venue loading dock.

Agility Fairs & Events offers the following services:• All local, interstate and international transport services including delivery to the venue. • Storage of early consignments, packing materials during the exhibition and storage after the exhibition

• For international exhibitors, a comprehensive international freight forwarding service tailored to each particular exhibitor’s requirements.

Prior to the show, Agility will make contact to discuss and determine your individual freight and logistics requirements. An email containing your unique login and password to the Agility Event Services Portal will automatically be sent to the designated contact, as advised by the Organiser. If you have not received the email, please contact us as soon as possible.

As the show bumps in / out on very tight parameters and deliveries will not be accepted at the venue earlier, we highly recommend using Agility as their service is door-to-venue and they work weekends and outside normal business hours. Please refer to the insert “Benefits of using Agility” which outlines the services provided and will assist you in making an informed decision.

ONSITE MATERIALS HANDLING:Exhibitors or their stand-builders requiring assistance during move in or move out, must pre-book these services in advance with Agility. Charges may apply.

Please do not just assume that Agility will be onsite.

To avoid disappointment, you must complete the ONSITE MATERIALS HANDLING SERVICE REQUEST, via the https://www.agilitylogistics.com.au/FEClientPortal/default.aspx?eventid=2161

Please Note: If forklifting services are required outside of these hours, or stand-build materials handling is required, please contact the venue to discuss your specific requirements. Charges Apply.

Arrangement for Onsite Materials Handling and Storage of Empty Packaging

Exhibitors or stand-builders requiring assistance during move in or move out, OR storage services must pre-book these services in advance with Agility. Storage charges apply.

Services can be booked in advance via Agility’s Event Services Portal, however, credit card details will be asked for at this point.

To ensure adequate resources are available, we do kindly ask that you still submit your needs in advance. In the lead up to the event, the Team at Agility will reach out to prompt and assist you in this regard.

To avoid disappointment, you must complete the ONSITE MATERIALS HANDLING SERVICE REQUEST, via the https://www.agilitylogistics.com.au/FEClientPortal/default.aspx?eventid=2161

Please note:

• If you are using your own transport company, Agility cannot sign for delivery of goods on your behalf. Please ensure you make specific arrangements with your transport provider and/or ensure you have a representative onsite at the time of delivery.• Agility Fairs & Events standard trading conditions apply for services provided – it is important that you are aware of these. Services include: transport, cranage, forklift, porterage, clearance, delivery, storage, positioning and all other onsite services.• Any freight not collected during the move out will be considered as “abandoned” freight. Agility will be instructed to remove prior the end of tenancy and hold in a depot. Exhibitor will be charged a fee of $176.00 to recover costs incurred. Any items left behind will be disposed of.

Storage

There will be limited on-site storage facilities for packing materials and boxes. It is recommended that exhibitors consider their storage needs (of packing crates and freight forwarding materials) for the duration of the exhibition. Exhibitors may not leave boxes and packing material in the exhibition display area during the show. Agility can arrange off-site storage at a cost of $55.00 per m3 or part thereof. Crown does not take responsibility for products left in any storage area or guarantee that space will be available. All road cases, pallets and crates must be stored offsite after bump in, and returned on bump out day.

Exhibitors or their stand-builders requiring offsite storage during the show, must pre-book these services in advance with Agility. Charges apply.

Please do not assume that Agility will be onsite.

OPTION 2If you wish to use your own transport provider, please ensure your booth content arrives at Crown Promenade Loading Dock 3.

The Loading Dock will be open from 12:00pm and 17:00pm on Sunday 23 November 2019 and from 1:30pm – 4:30pm on Wednesday, 27 November for bump out. No exhibitors are permitted in back of house areas. If you require back of house access for the transportation of fragile goods, please contact Claire Wallace (details on page 2) Crown or Agility cannot sign for external courier goods. No vehicle is permitted to remain in the Loading Dock during an event or overnight.

The ACA will arrange porterage from the Loading Dock to your exhibition booth from 12 pm.

Ensure that you also bring the consignment number and an out of hours contact onsite to follow up missing freight.

Crown have strict guidelines regarding delivery of freight for C&P2019 (deliveries prior to Friday 22 November 2019 will NOT be accepted).

To assist with a streamlined bump in, all deliveries must be couriered to the Crown Promenade Loading Dock. Please complete the delivery label available here. Delivery Label details required:

Deliveries must arrive no earlier than 48 hours prior to the scheduled bump in day. Should exhibitors wish to deliver their own items, it must be during the nominated bump in day/s. Deliveries to the loading dock during the scheduled bump in time may be subject to long delays and will be on a ‘first in first served’ basis.

All goods relating to the construction and fit out of your exhibition must be directed to the designated loading dock. Under no circumstances are goods to be delivered or removed from the exhibition space via any other areas.

Crown will not take delivery of stand fittings or other materials unless previously notified. Crown will not accept responsibility for the safety or well being of any such items.

Please note there is strictly no parking in the Loading Dock.

Loading Dock 3

Please note the loading dock servicing Crown Conference Centre is Loading Dock 3 on Whiteman Street. This dock is half way along Whiteman Street on the right, just after the set of traffic lights if coming from the Clarendon Street end.

The opening hours of the dock are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (unless otherwise arranged). Outside of these times the loading dock doors will be closed.

To have the doors opened, please contact the Operations Service Manager on 9292 8547, allowing 10 –15 minutes for this to occur.

Please note it is a requirement for all individuals accessing Loading Dock 3 outside of their vehicle to wear a high visibility vest/jacket/shirt.

Move In/Move Out Times

Loading Dock 3 does not give priority to any clients and therefore does not take bookings. Priority is given to the next truck waiting.

It is a critical part of the event planning process that you liaise directly with your Event and Conference Manager to ensure access periods are co-ordinated for all deliveries, move-in and move-outs, and to integrate with other activities. This will avoid issues or delays on the event day(s).

Bump In, Access Times and Bump Out

Bump In Time – 1:00pm Sunday 24 November

All goods consigned to Crown should be clearly marked with the attached Exhibitors Goods Delivery Label for efficient processing by the Loading Dock Staff

PLEASE NOTE: The Welcome Reception & Exhibition Opening at Corrosion & Prevention 2019 will be held on Sunday 24 November 2019 in the Exhibition Area from 6.30pm – 9.30pm

Exhibitors will need to complete their move in by 5:00pm on Sunday 24 November so a show pre clean can take place prior to the Welcome Reception and Exhibition area.

Exhibitors may access the exhibition hall to set up their booths from 1:00pm onSunday 24 November.

Access times to the Exhibition for Exhibitors during the conference are:

● Sunday 24 November: 1:00pm to 9:30pm (note show pre clean between 5:00pm – 6:00pm)

● Monday 25 November: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Bump Out Time – 2:00pm Wednesday 27 NovemberExhibitors may commence pack down of their booths at the completion of the lunch break from 2.00pm on Wednesday 27 November and must be completed by 4:00pm.

Should you be leaving material for courier collection at the conclusion of your event please leave items for collection by courier in your stands. All items must be packaged and have outgoing goods label attached. Crown staff will move boxes / pallets down to Loading dock 3 to await pick up. Only items that are deemed fragile will need to be taken down to Loading dock by exhibitors – in this case you will require a contractor pass to access back of house. Please ensure your goods are labelled withCompany name• Contact name• Contact number• Courier name• Destination

And must be accompanied by a completed consignment note attached. These items must be collected within 48 hours following the conclusion of the conference. If this is not possible, the collection of goods must be arranged with Crown. Crown accepts no responsibility for goods left behind after the closure of an exhibition.

Collection and Removal of Goods

At the conclusion of the event, any materials or items needing to be collected are to be packed in appropriate boxes and clearly marked with delivery instructions. An Outgoing Goods Label is provided by your Event and Conference Manager with the delivery label.

Any material left without forwarding instructions will be deemed as rubbish and disposed of within 7 days. Items left with forwarding instructions must be collected within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event.

PLEASE NOTE: Crown employees are not authorised to complete freight and courier forms on behalf of any company or person.

Exhibitors must ensure transportation has been arranged for collection of their goods. Items should be collected within 48 hours following the events conclusion at 5pm Wednesday 27 November 2019.

Any remaining goods will be removed by Crown at the cost of the exhibitor. Please ensure that all items for collection are sealed and clearly labelled with

Please note: any items left behind after move out time that are not labelled will be deemed to be abandoned and will be disposed of at the exhibitor’s expense.

Please note the following rules for move in and move out:

● All exhibitors moving their own equipment from the loading dock to the function space are required to wear a high visibility fluorescent vest during move in and move out in the exhibition hall and loading dock. The ACA requests that you provide your own high visibility vests however, a limited number will be available to borrow from the ACA

● All persons in the exhibition and loading dock are required to wear enclosed footwear (not thongs or open toed shoes)

● No person under 15 years is permitted in the exhibition and loading dock during move in and move out

● The supply and/or consumption of alcohol is not permitted during move in and move out

Contractor Access and Induction To ensure that Crown is a safe working environment, all Contractors are required to be registered into Crowns contractor management system “iTrak”. The below three steps are required for contractors to be entered into the system, be granted a contractor pass and have access to back of house areas. Please pass on the below information to all of your entertainers, external suppliers, exhibitors and anyone in a working capacity you will be using so they have adequate time to complete the three steps required to work as a contractor at Crown. Probity assessments may take up to 2 weeks and online Induction will take approximately 30 minutes. 1) Online Health and Safety Induction (Compulsory) CROWN ONLINE HEALTH AND SAFETY INDUCTIONPlease click on the following link http://crowninduction.ezylearn.net/login.exe Contractors can access the induction link from their work/home computers prior to coming on site. Contractors are required to complete the profile most relevant to the type of work they will be undertaking while on site. These profiles are:

· Event organiser (Suitable for event organisers who require back of house access, event photographers / videographers, bands, DJ’s, performers, exhibitors/sponsors performing tasks associated with risk, florists or minimal theming contractors, crew undertaking basic audio visual responsibilities, delivering vehicles, crew building or constructing exhibition booths and volunteers)

· Audio Visual / Lighting / Theming / Set Construction (Suitable for crew working conferences and/or televised events where extensive audio visual & construction is required)

(First time users please note; you create your own password for your account and if your company name is not listed please scroll to the bottom of the list and select "other") At the completion of induction, you will be issued with a “T-number”. Please take note of this number as you will require it while onsite at Crown. 2) Police check (If back of house access is required) A police check is required for anyone requiring back of house access during your event. This includes access to a loading dock through back of house, any back of house green rooms or stage access. The below are our approved suppliers for police checks:

Once you have your Police Check, please forward this to our Compliance Department [email protected] so Crown can conduct a probity assessment. Please note:Should you require back of house access and have not received a valid probity assessment, a Crown Security Officer will be required to escort you at an hourly charge.

3) Complete required details for input into iTrak (Compulsory)

Please complete all required fields in the below table for all contractors / performers employed for your event. T-numbers must be complete for all names listed and those requiring back of house access must state the status of their probity assessment as either “Not applicable” or “Pending”Return the completed table to your Crown Representative prior date of event. You will receive an email to confirm your visit closer to date.

And finally, on the day of the event the contractor must present themselves at Staff Entry to obtain their Crown Contractor pass. Crown Officers at Staff Entry will only permit access to the site for contractors with valid T-number and completed iTrak information. (Note that photo ID* is required). *The only forms of photo identification that will be accepted are as follows:· Australian Drivers Licence; HOLDER MUST BE OVER 18· Australian Learners Permit; HOLDER MUST BE OVER 18· Australian Proof of Age Card;· Australian Keypass· Current Passports; HOLDER MUST BE OVER 18 Staff Entry is located via a driveway off Haig Street at the intersection of Haig and Clarke streets, adjacent to the public entry of the multi-level car park.

Please note Crown Melbourne is a 5 star venue and we pride ourselves on our extremely well presented employees. We therefore also expect contractors (such as production and exhibition crews, band crews etc), whilst on site to adhere to the high grooming standards.

Forklifts and Licensed DriverForklifts are available for hire at $370.00 per day plus driver charges to be advised by your Event and Conference Manager.Note: Only Crown Staff are permitted to use the Forklifts within the Crown Complex.Forklifts are subject to availability and need to be arranged 7 working days prior to the commencement of the event. Rigging Approval must be gained from the Crown Event and Conference Manager (who will confirm with Crown compliance and a rigging consultant) for any rigging, hanging or attaching of any items within Crown venues. Prior written approval for all plans is required no less than 10 working days prior to the event. There will be a charge to have any rigging approved. Your Crown Representative will advise on costs. The following information is required:

· Complete Rigging Plans, including weight loadings for every point· Completed risk assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)

Approvals and Regulations Smoking regulationsSmoking is prohibited in the Crown Complex. There are designated smoking locations throughout the venue. Attachment of signsThe attachment of signs, banners and posters to any wall surface or the use of pins, blu-tack, nails, staples, post-it or adhesive notes, tape or floor or wall decals is not permitted. To attach promotional material to the booth walls please use Velcro, wall shelves (weight limits apply), slat walls or hook and chain. (All of these items are available from Moreton Hire). If panels require repairing, replacing or cleaning the cost will be charged to the Exhibitor.

Should cables need to run across floor areas, floor mats or cable covers must be used. Floor PlansTo ensure the safety and success of your exhibition, all floor plans must be submitted to Crown for approval no later than 21 days prior to the event, to ensure adequate time for signed approval. Should the exhibition contain any structure, which may be deemed to be a “prescribed temporary structure” under the Building Act 1993 (Vic) and the Building Regulations (Vic) 1994, an occupancy permit must also be enclosed with the floor plans.Emergency exits and fire equipment must be visible and accessible at all times. Exhibitors wishing to use any of the following items as part of their exhibit must submit in writing a proposal to the Crown Event and Conference Manager: Tents, marquees or booths with floor area greater than 100m².Seating stands for more than 20 persons.Stages or platforms (including sky borders and stage wings) exceeding 150m2 in floor area.Prefabricated buildings exceeding 100m2 other than ones placed directly on ground surface.Stairs and ramps must comply with the appropriate regulations.No display will use pyrotechnics. No pets or animals (with the exception of Assistance Animals) are permitted on site. Crown approval is required if you wish to exhibit animals. Stand MaterialsAll build materials must be fire retardant. Aisles are not to be obstructed by the construction of raised floor coverings between adjoining stands. Helium BalloonsApproval must be first given by the Crown Event and Conference Manager when planning to use helium filled balloons as part of an exhibit. A minimum charge of $300.00 will be incurred for the retrieval of loose balloons from the ceiling. LPG CylindersLPG Cylinders are not permitted on site at any time.

Motor Vehicle Display GuidelinesWritten request for vehicle display must be submitted to your Event and Conference Manager no later than 30 days prior to the event. Please note the following Motor Vehicle Display Guidelines are to be adhered to at all times:· Vehicles may only be detailed in the designated location in the loading dock.· Vehicle display locations must be approved by your Crown Representative· Obtain permission from your Crown representative for vehicle displays and provide vehicle insurance details prior to event.· Plan vehicle movements within the event to be isolated from public as far as practicable and to be under supervision of Crown Operations Staff and/or Security. Vehicles must be installed prior to any exhibition build and removed once the exhibition has been dismantled.· Refer to the appropriate Crown Facility Specifications for load limits for the floor area over which vehicle will be moved and sit.· Ensure only licensed drivers move vehicles.· Drive at a speed less than 5 kph with hazard lights on.· Escort moving vehicle with a spotter· Keep pedestrians clear of moving vehicles· Have as little fuel in the tank as practicable· Document the total litres of fuel to be brought onsite· Use oil drip trays under the vehicles (client’s responsibility to provide all equipment).· Provide two sets of keys to either the Crown Responsible Person (function areas) or Engineering & Maintenance (all other areas) so the vehicle can be moved in an emergency· Minimise engine running times. Consider if additional ventilation is required to reduce exhaust fumes.· Provide vehicle emissions statistics on request· Vehicle must be collected at the conclusion of the event.· Car is displayed at Supplier’s own risk. Crown takes no responsibility for any damage caused while the vehicle is on Crown premises. A Security Officer is recommended to supervise vehicles left overnight for multi-day conferences. Security can be provided for a cost of $53.50 per hour for a minimum 4 hour call.· Have vehicles delivered via loading dock 3. Loading Dock 3 specifications are as follows:

Food Sampling

On Booth CateringDelegates visit the exhibition at morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and during Sunday evening’s Welcome Reception and Exhibition Opening. The ACA supplies food and beverages to delegates at these times, however exhibitors can use catering above and beyond what is supplied as an incentive for delegates to visit their exhibition booth.

Crown Melbourne Limited has sole catering rights for the distribution and sale of all food and beverage items within the Crown Complex.

No exhibitor or organiser is permitted to bring any food or beverage into the Crown Complex from an external supplier. Exceptions may be made for Exhibitors and Organisers wishing to provide sample servings of their food or beverage item. All requests must be sent to the Event and Conference Manager no later than 2 weeks prior to the event and an indemnity for food supplied form is to be completed and signed.

Guidelines for the distribution of sample servings of food and beverage are as follows:

● All food samples must be packaged items. Anything unpackaged will need approval by Event Manager and a food waiver may need to be completed.

● Exhibitors are responsible for the storage and refrigeration of their own sample items.

● Samples must be given away free of cost to patrons

●● Portions must be of a tasting style and size only, food bite size

● Beverage – No alcoholic beverages are permitted and non-alcoholic liquid portions must be no larger than 50ml

● All tasting utensils and vessels must be a single use item and disposed of immediately after use

Please note that the official coffee and water sponsors for the conference have already been secured, we ask the exhibitors do not distribute coffee or water from their booths.

Electrical Equipment All electrical wiring must to be carried out by a qualified Electrician.All electric lighting must be 2.2 metres from floor level to prevent injury from hot light fittings. Testing and Tagging of Electrical EquipmentAustralian Standard AS/NZ 3760:2001If you bring electrical equipment onto Crown premises, it is a requirement by law that all equipment, (including leads and power boards), is tested and tagged as outlined in Australian Standard AS/NZ 3760:2001. All equipment must be tested and tagged prior to coming onsite at Crown. Organisers/exhibitors/performers will be sent off site immediately by the Operations Service Manager if the equipment has not fulfilled these requirements. The importance of testing and tagging must be emphasised for the safety of all Crown patrons, staff and organisers/exhibitors/performers.

Liability and Insurance IndemnityThe Client releases and indemnifies Crown, its employees, officers, contractors, agents and related corporate bodies (including but not limited to Crown Melbourne Limited and Crown Resorts Limited) from and against any loss, claim, demand, liability or damage whatsoever however arising (including liability or damage caused by any negligent act or omission) in connection with the Event (including, without limitation, in connection with any Third Party Service Providers, Materials and advertising by Client), except to the extent that such loss, claim, demand, liability or damage is directly caused by Crown. Crown shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Exhibition caused by or arising out of any industrial dispute and/or equipment failure due to power supply loss or disruption. InsuranceIf requested in writing by Crown, the Client must maintain public liability insurance for $20 million (or such other amount or procedure as agreed by Crown and specified in this Agreement). If, in the opinion of Crown, the Event, the Client’s proposed use of the Function Room or any activity or matter in connection with the Event poses any particular, special, unusual or increased risk, Crown may require the Client to take out and maintain additional insurances appropriate to the risks.

Security patrol the Crown Complex 24 hours a day, however you may wish to arrange additional security for your event. Your Event and Conference Manager would be happy to discuss your requirements further. Each security staff is charged at a rate of $53.50 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Crown Requirements for External Security OfficersAll security staff engaged by the organiser must hold a current private security individual operator licence in the appropriate class or classes. These persons are only permitted to provide internal security in the designated area of the Exhibition and must be unarmed. At no time are security officers to hinder, obstruct or prevent Crown staff from conducting their duties. Your security staff must comply with all requests of Crown and/or its staff employees, agents or other representatives.

The centre is staffed between 8.30am and 5.00pm from Monday to Friday. Sales LiteraturePrinted promotional materials may be distributed only from within an exhibitor's own booth space. They are not to appear in any other public space within Crown. Demonstrations, other direct sales activities, and ‘give-away’ items are also restricted to the exhibitor's own booth.

Competition and Gaming Regulations

Please be aware that Crown does not allow Alcohol to be a part of any prize given as part of a promotion. Any exhibitor that wishes to run a promotional draw of any kind must ensure that said draw is in keeping with the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and Gambling Regulations 2015.

If an exhibitor offers a business card draw, please provide the following information on the flyer/promotional sign:

● A description of the prize including value

● Who the promoter is

● When the prize will be drawn

● When and how the winner will be notified; if the winner can’t be contacted what happens

● Is there an entry fee or purchase that needs to be made? Is it a game of chance/random draw?

● Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into

● The information collected may be used/receive contact from the promoter

● Entering the competition is an acceptance of the terms and conditions

Delegate ListThe ACA will email the C&P2019 Delegate List to all registered Exhibitors on Monday, 11 November 2019. The list includes a delegate’s name, company and their state/country and will not include delegates who have not provided permission for their name to be included.

We encourage exhibitors to review this list and distribute it to all team members who are participating in C&P2019.

Risk AssessmentRisk assessment and/or safe work method statements may be requested by Crown for specific activities conducted with an event or for high risk work performed by event contractors

First AidFirst aid facilities are available to all users of the Crown with qualified first aid staff available.

Evacuation ProceduresIn the event of an evacuation, designated Crown staff will act as fire wardens to assist in the movement of all staff, exhibitors and visitors to the designated assembly point.
