Analysing the Text Questions
I. READ CHAPTER 36 TO 40 AND ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS IN YOUR LITERATURE NOTEBOOK. ANSWER IN FULL SENTENCE.
CHAPTER 36: Why did Zero need the shovel to walk? What might Stanley need the shovel for? When Zero asked for words, what did he want? Why did that help?
CHAPTER 37: Why are they excited about the weeds and bugs?

A simile is a figure of speech that directly compares two things through some connective, usually “like”," “as”, “than”, or a verb such as “resembles”.
A metaphor is a comparison between two things without the use of like or as.
