Questions Did everyone who applied get a place in the group?
- No, not everyone was offered a place in the group.
How does the council spend their money in relation to care groups?- This is a good question – its important that information about how money is spend in
adult social care is shared with the whole group, so we can all understand how money is spent and what the restrictions are. This will be shared before the first meeting.
How do we tell people in our community that we are part of the group?- This is something you need to decide as a group as you move forward. It’s important
that everyone is sharing the same message.
How will the group be visible in the community – how will they know we exist and what we do?- This is something else you need to decide as a group. At the moment there is a page on
the SBC website that can be used to share information about the group, as well as notes from meetings and anything else the group would like to share.
Feedback / comments Sitting on separate tables at the start felt like we were segregated Introductions at the start would have been useful I like the venue One big table next time Sharing knowledge in the group is really good Good mix of people and experience
