The Cory Reese Foundation
The Cory Reese Foundation is an American non-profit organization based in Richmond, Virginia that was founded in 2016 by his best friend, Tommy Holland and supported by Cory’s parents and his closest friends. The foundation’s aim is to promote the morale, welfare, and quality of life of the military community with a special emphasis on military families during times of hardship. Injuries in the military and other service related situations can be unexpected and overwhelming for the families of our military members. Through our foundation’s grants and programs, we will provide financial support for these families during their time of need, while also educating the public about these situations.
The Cory Richard Reese Fund
The Cory Richard Reese Fund, named after a beloved son, brother, friend, and a member of the United States Marine Corps, provides direct financial assistance for members of the Marine Corps and their families. Financial grants are awarded to the most deserving individual in order to alleviate the stress and difficulties related to injuries and other service related hardships.
Cory was an amazing young man that taught us all the importance of friendship and family in our lives. He has inspired us to help others that are in need, and to honor the sacrifices made by our military members, their families, and their friends. Cory’s life tragically ended at the young age of 22, yet his spirit will always remain. He reminds us to keep that smile on our faces and live each day doing what makes us happy in hopes of making our world a better place.
