Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Georgia 4-H truly appreciates the opportunity to work with your students during the year. The following survey will help us improve the quality of our programs. In addition, it will help us to continue to complement the work you are doing.
You will have the opportunity to share your name and school at the end of the survey, if you wish to do so. Otherwise the survey is anonymous.
The first set of questions will help Georgia 4-H determine the impact of current programming. The second set of questions are more county-specific.
