Technology in the Art Room Using the projector: 1. In order to turn on the projector you must use this remote! It is usually located in my desk drawer on the left hand side. 2. Once the projector is turned on, you must click the number "5" button that says "Easy MP" 3. You will notice an IP Address will pop up on the projector screen. 4. Click on the Easy MP icon on your computer, if you do not have the icon you may have to search "Easy MP" to locate it. 5. Check the box by the projector that matches the IP address on the screen, if it does not pop up you may have to click "Manual Search" and type in the full IP address. 6. Using the projector:1. In order to turn on the projector you must use this remote! It is usually located in my desk drawer on the left hand side.

2. Once the projector is turned on, you must click the number "5" button that says "Easy MP"

3. You will notice an IP Address will pop up on the projector screen.4. Click on the Easy MP icon on your computer, if you do not have the icon you may have to search "Easy MP" to locate it.

5. Check the box by the projector that matches the IP address on the screen, if it does not pop up you may have to click "Manual Search" and type in the full IP address.

6. Once you have found the correct projector, click connect!

Using Surround Sound:

2. Plug this cord into a USB Port on the side of the computer.

3. Power on the stereo system, it must be on the "CD" output.

4. It should be working! Adjust the sound as needed.
