Engagement of Franchisee Employees as executives for BCSPs.

New process for engagement of Executives

To All our EmployeesWe have at present eleven Franchisees for rendering services in the BC Business. We have been availing the services of these Franchisees by engaging their employees as BCSP executives at various locations in different States. We would like to bring about some structural improvements in the process of engaging the executives for the BCSPs from these Franchisees. The details are given in this Circular for being adhered to by all concerned.

2. We would follow the following improved procedure with a view to bring in better levels of transparency and accountability in the whole process w.e.f 01/04/2016. We have discussed some of these changes with some of our State Leaders.

2.1 The State Leader of Centillion will get in touch with the Franchisee when an executive is required for a specific BCSP after taking approval from the Business Lead.

2.2 Franchisee will nominate the candidate who will be their employee and send his details along with an application form (attached as Annexure -1) to the State Leader attaching the following documents:

a) Two colour photographs of the candidate

b) Two references in writing from local reputed people of the candidate’s village (village officer or Pradhan or Post Master or School Headmaster) about the candidate’s conduct and character. A copy of the model reference letter is attached as Annexure-2. The reference letter can be given in local language also. A translation in to English can be sent by the State leader.

c) The gist of Franchisee’s discussion about the candidate with the persons who have given references in writing.

d) Acknowledgement for filing the application for background check at the concerned jurisdictional police station about the candidate’s conduct and character and to know whether he has any criminal background or not. The certificate may take time to be received from the police. When it is received, it should be sent by the Franchisee directly to Centillion Head Office addressed to  Sumantha Kishore, Centillion Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd, Grape Garden -1 (5th floor), No: 31, CSRIE, 17th H Main Road 6th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore - 560 095.

e) Self-attested Copies of educational qualification certificates of the candidate after verifying with the original and certification by the Franchisee as “Verified with original”

f) Self-attested Copies of ID proof (Aadhar Card, PAN, Driving license etc) and address proof (Aadhar card, latest Telephone bill, village officer’s certificate showing father’s name and address etc) of the candidate after verifying with the original and certification by the Franchisee as “Verified with original”

3. State Leader should forward the Franchisee application along with their recommendation in the prescribed format (attached as Annexure-3) and all the documents and photographs to the Business Lead for a decision. When a decision is taken to engage the executive at a specific BCSP, a communication will be sent to the concerned State leader and the franchisee to that effect.

4. A onetime consolidated fee of Rs.500/- per case will be reimbursed to the Franchisee for the background check after the receipt of the relative documents and the executive continuing to with us for atleast 6 months.

5. We may have to secure the documentation for the existing Franchisee employees who are engaged in BCSPs also in a phased manner on the same terms. Sumanta Kishore will be in regular touch with the Franchisees for this purpose and he will get in touch with the State Leaders for any help required by him in case of any non-cooperation from any Franchisee.

6. Communicate to all employeesThe State Leaders and Team Leaders and other line mangers should bring the contents of this circular to the notice of all employees in the BC Business. This Circular will be put on the Centillion Cosmos Website with access provided to all employees.
