Reading: “Sarah Plain and Tall”The students will describe in depth a character, setting, or event in a story, draw on specific details in the text, and compare/contrast characters or events in a story.

Language: The students will identify nouns in sentences and identify Common/Proper nouns.

Math: The students will recognize the value of coins and count up to find their total, solve word problems involving the total value of a group of coins, and solve word problems involving the total value of a group of bills. **Please review 2’s and 3’s x’s tables daily.

Science: The students will identify the job of a botanist, the parts/jobs of a seed and plant, and identify the steps of photosynthesis.
