Take a few deep breaths breathing in and out through your mouth to relax.

Imagine a bright white light (which is the universal light) going to your Base or root chakra (at the base of the spine.) This is a major chakra as the icky energy of the body pass through this chakra.

Imagine a deep ruby crystal and imagine the white light penetrating and energising this chakra crystal and watch as the crystal begins to rotate.

Then after that you go up to the sacral chakra which is located in the stomach area, imagine an orange crystal and the white light energising and spinning the crystal.

Now it is up to the solar plexus chakra which is under your breast area. This time, imagine a beautiful citrine like crystal and the white light coming down to energise this crystal.

Almost there! Time for the heart chakra, which is located just above the heart. Imagine a beautiful emerald and the light making it a big beautiful crystal instead of the icky dull crystal it may have been before.

Throat chakra next and its location is self explanatory, imagine a sapphire and the light just energise the crystal, you know when you have done enough on the crystal when it is spinning.

3rd Eye chakra, the second last chakra to be done, imagine a beautiful amethyst crystal and the light just energising it.

The last chakra we do is the crown chakra and the crystal we need is the serpentine crystal, imagine a beautiful green crystal with snake markings on it and use the universal light to energise the light.

Now guide the white light through all the chakras and allow it to cleanse the chakras again.

I open your eyes and get some water to sip, drink about a couple of glasses to be sure to cleanse and ground the body, so you don’t start thinking that you are flying or something to that extent.
