They should know their passwords. I will be sending your conference times today. My class will no longer be able to purchase pencils or erasers from the library before school. They are putting the entire eraser in their mouth to chew on, taking apart the mechanical pencils, and playing with the plastic tube they come in. If they want to buy it after school, they can as long as it goes home. We are also having some issues being disrespectful to each other. Please, talk with your children about the What We’re Learning Reading: We will be working on and discussing point of view, nonfiction, and rereading. Writing: We will continue to draft and revise/edit our How-To stories. We will also discuss special nouns. Math: We will continue discussing word problems. We will take our Unit 2 Test on THURSDAY. Science: We will continue discussing contact and noncontact forces through inquiry activities.

We are also having some issues being disrespectful to each other. Please, talk with your children about the appropriate ways to interact with other children. We have talked about it here, but I would like it if they had the conversation at home as well.
