- Send email once every week. (3 Weeks = 3 emails).- Quick and short messages as students aren’t drawn to lengthy messages. Which takes too much of their time.

Library announcements. - 3rd May. - 15-30 minutes prior to session.- x 2 announcements.

Posters. - 20th April – 3rd May. - Placed all over campus. Particularly near the Sports College (G06) and library (G11) where students are frequently passing.

Floor signs. - 1st – 3rd May. - Details of what, where and when the session is.

Social media platforms. - Facebook: 19th April. 5pm

- Instagram: 19th April. 5pm

- Twitter: 20th April. 4pm

- One post for each platform. Rather than bombarding followers the same information repetitively. - Distribute in the afternoon as students tend to be on social media during peak hours.

LinkedIn. - 28th April. - Link the web link of the internship applications page. - Students could apply for the internship via their LinkedIn profile.

Press release. - Set up press release for the small event, launch 24th April.

- Distribute via email to all students as well as AEL.

Flyers. - 19th April. (If possible).- 26th April.

- Have at least 2-3 staff handing out flyers for the information session during market day. - Students will gather around market day which makes it easier to distribute flyers. - Approx. 800 flyers to be distributed.
