Evolve MMA will be hosting a Rape Prevention Seminar for women ages 14 and up. Krav Maga Instructor, Sarah Fox, will be here to teach street fighting techniques taught to hundreds of law enforcement agencies and thousands of people around the world as a real-world practical self defense. This seminar will focus on common attacks against women such as grabs, chokes, bearhugs and what to do on the ground. Wear comfortable clothes and any sort of training shoes.
