Here’s what a past attendee had to say:

Roberta M. C. - Donna 26.2 RUNSAFER workshop attendee

I attended this great workshop today and now feel like an empowered runner.  I have some essential tools I can use if, God Forbid, I ever found myself in a situation. I loved that the program focused not only on self-defense techniques, but also taught us offense. Todd and his daughter Brooke were awesome. Todd breaks down the techniques into simple steps that we were able to implement right in class. I can't wait for the next offering. Thanks to the Jacksonville Galloway Training Program for sharing this with all of us!
