Science/Social Studies: Holiday Traditions Around the World! We will also discuss the difference between, “wants and needs.” We will make New Year’s Resolutions! Math: Measuring length with non-standard units (feet, craft sticks, and Unifix cubes). We will compare objects and use the vocabulary, longer, shorter and the same length. We will discuss why Reminders! *Please send a NUT-FREE snack with your child daily! * If your child has a transportation change, please send in a note to me in the GREEN folder and also another note for the bus driver. * PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR CHILD DRESS FOR THE COLD WEATHER FOR RECESS! * Remember to check/send the GREEN take-home folder daily. * NO READING BAG OR POETRY NOTEBOOK THIS WEEK!
