You must submit the budget narrative justification associatedwith each budget CBW that includes all budgeted costs as part ofthe Total Budget (Federal Share and Matching).

Clarification to the 2018 FY NOFA· It was brought to our attention that there was some confusion
relating to the requirement to make rental units available to lowincome families with a child under 6 years of age. The following hasbeen issued to Grants.gov:
· Even though page 2, numbered paragraph 8 of the LBPHR NOFAsays “up to three years,” Title X (at 42 U.S.C. § 4852(a)(1)) says that,“the landlord shall give priority in renting units assisted under thissection, for not less than 3 years following the completion of leadabatement activities, to families with a child under the age of sixyears,”
The statute prevails over the NOFA in the case of inconsistencies.
