1.4 FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
After server installation, the PC on the same network segment fails to access to the
background web page?
In general, this kind of situation is caused by the server’s access permission. First check
whether the server network is normal, and then check whether the server’s firewall is opened;
if yes, first turn off the firewall, and then attempt to access the back stage web page.
If mysql or other database has been installed, when installing a server, prompt that
“3306”port is occupied, but the process cannot be closed, how to deal with it?
In general, a separate PC is used as our back end server, thus it can be guaranteed that our
system is not interfered by other factors at work, impacting the performance of the system.
Therefore, please use a PC without other software or tools as the host.
During use, after the software is installed, the background window is in a jitter state,
and web has no response?
Under the Windows environment, some network plugins modify network protocol settings of
the system, so that the system’s background cannot be normally used.After disassembling the
plug-in, restart the server to return to normal. Therefore, we suggest using a separate PC as a
server when arranging the system server to ensure that the system server can run safely and
continuously.
After installing the server and opening the web page, click some jump controls on the
page but have no response?
This kind of situation should be caused by incomplete server setup environment. Therefore,
please get ready for setup environment according to hardware and software configuration
requirement of our setup environment. See the system operating instruction for server

installation.
When a single PC is used as a server and other PC logs in the background to import
programs,import is unsuccessful, and the background server is disconnected?
When other PC imports programs, it is required to upload the program package to the local
server.In the process of upload, if the server is installed with the antivirus software, it will
intercept the operation orsafety tips pop up. In this case, there are two ways to solve this
problem:
1) Directly exit out of the security software such as antivirus software;
2) When safety tips pop up, select and confirm all trust options.
2 Android Client-side Installation and

icon of client-side application, indicating the client-side program has been installed
successfully;
2.1.3 Step 3: Set up system network
Set up the client-side system network information (including Ethernet, wifi, 3G and other network
connection modes) to ensure that it can be connected to the server, and complete registration and
activation;
When the server is in the LAN, the address of system network connection and the address of
the server should be on the same network segment to ensure that the client-side can be
connected to the server;
When the server is in the public network, the client-side system network should be connected
to the public network to establish a connection with the server.
2.2 Instructions for Remote Control Support
All the functions of client-side support remote control operation.Only the use of MENU and Tab
two keys is introduced herein rather than that of common WSAD, OK and Return keys.

1) Click on the MENU button on the client-side play page to open the application settings;
2) Under the condition of enterprise edition login, directly click on the remote control TAB key on
the play page to enter the login page;
2.3 Instructions for Supporting External SD/TF
Extended Memory Card
client-side supports storage of program package in the advertising player mainboard memory and
external SD/TF extended memory card.If there is a SD/TF extended memory card, the background
system will display its host memory and extended storage capacity;
Notes: When playing the program package in the external SD/TF extended memory card, if the
external memory card is taken out, the application will restart or return to the default interface of
the player;
2.4 Playing Programs in the USB Flash Disk
Users can export the program package produced in the release system to USB flash disk, and
insert the disk in the Device equipment for playing programs.
2.4.1 Instruction of importing the single program by U disk
Operating steps are as follows:1) Export the programs produced in the [Program List]of release system to the local disk, such as
;
2) Create a folder named Resource in USB flash disk, and store zip program files
from the local disk in the folder, including zip files of several programs, and the client-side plays
these program packages;
Digital Signage Information System Page8

3) When the client-side is opened, after inserting USB flash disk in the Device, the client-side will
automatically search zip program package in the resource folder, and decompress it to the Device
memory for playing, as shown in the figure below.
4) After all program packages in the USB flash disk are imported, the client-side will pop up
, indicating all the import operations of local programs in
the USB flash disk are completed. At this time, pull out USB flash disk, and
continue to play the programs;
2.4.2 Instruction of importing the double program by U disk
Operating steps are as follows:1) Export the programs which have been made in “program list” of the
release system into local disk like
2) Create two folders named SCREEN 1 and SCREEN 2 in resource folder after
you create one folder named resource in U disk, which will be used to store

HDMI and LVDS/VGA screen need to play the programs.( We can store some
program packages in SCREEN1 and SCREEN2 folder, which will be played by
the client in a loop. )
3)After completing the above two steps, please insert U disk into the USB
terminal when open MIPS client. After that, MIPS client will find SCREEN1 and
SCREEN2 folders in zip Program package by automatically search for the
resource folder in the U disk and Store it in the terminal built-in storage for
playback, as shown below.4)The client will prompt “The program was imported successfully”after
imported all the programs of U disk, which means the completion of the local
program of U disk to import all the operations, then you can pull out the U
disk, the program will continue to play.
Precautions:
1) Create a folder named Resource in USB flash disk, and store zip program files in
the folder, so that the client-side can read the program files;
2) When importing the program package through USB flash disk, delete the programs which have
been played in the client-side, and import the zip program package from USB flash disk;
3) After importing local programs from USB flash disk is completed, pull out USB flash disk, and
play the programs normally;
4) The program package exported from the back end system must be named after the program
number.For instance, after exported, No. 1 program must be named after , if the program
has been exported in the browser for many times, the program package will be named after
and respectively.Please note that the program package will not be
read by the client-side;
5) Do not modify the name of the program package exported from the background system;
otherwise,fail to play the programs;
