Accreditation Agency of Kosova - AAK (Agjensia e Kosovës për Akreditim - AKA) has to give its consent for the achieved agreements (The Law on High Education, nr. 04L-037, 2011, article 14, clause 5.8.);

4. Study program/programs of evaluation file must contain syllabuses of each subject/module, each study program of evaluation (in Albanian language, as well as English language), only in electronic form – as an annex out of Self-Assessment Report – SAR (Raporti i vetëvleresimit - RVV).

7) CVs of academic personnel (only in electronic version, a pdf file for each one (CV, name, surname FT/PT/VP ) in a joint folder file with three sub-files (1.FT, 2.PT 3. VP) out of SAR (RVV).

8) The plan for the development of academic staff for a three-year period (There must be evidence for the increase of the number of qualified academic staff, further education support, the financing of new academic staff, mobility, trainings, participation in scientific conferences and symposia etc).

9) The report between regular academic staff and non-regular academic staff in academic units and institutions.

10) The file of Academic Staff (only in printed form), for every member of the academic staff, the valid contract, CV, Diplomas, nostrification (certification of the diploma nostrification from MEST for academic personnel who have any qualification outside of the country), the decision on academic position should be attached.

VII. Research and international cooperation

1. The research plan or strategy should be provided in the scope of evaluated programs, as well as current research projects and collaborations;

2. The list with publications of regular (academic) staff and students in the last three years in international and national scientific journals should be provided;

3. The participation of regular (academic) staff at conferences, symposia and scientific seminars in the last three years should be presented in a tabular form;

4. The number of projects for international cooperation in research and teaching (Tempus, Erasmus, etc.) should be provided in a tabular form;

5. The link between research and teaching in the program(s) in assessment (how research results are transmitted through teaching to students) should be provided;
