God’s presence will compensate for past distress. c. God’s presence will aid in present duty. d. God’s presence will be all- sufficient in the untried future. II. Spiritual renovation is accomplished through preparation of Christ’s return (v. 6-7). a. Understanding the end allows us to better work in the present (Heb. 12:27). b. Recognizing the value of our inheritance allows us to demonstrate gratitude (Heb. 12:28; Deut. 28:47- 48). c. Pursuing God’s purpose as the Church allows us to reach our community, nation, and world (Matt.
