ABOUT THE INTRODUCTION TO THE ATMOSPHERE

Objectives: This project aims to develop new web-based Learning material for GEOG 105: Introduction to the Atmosphere that utilizes current technologies for integrating and creating graphics, photos, animations, artistic text, and flow diagrams that will organize and present important concepts in the most visually appealing and effective way. Upon completion of the project, the website will enhance students’ ability to:

•Conceptualize cloud types, development and formation•Organize and interpret scientific information and graphical output, •Identify patterns and distributions of atmospheric data, •Interpret maps and better understand the importance of location,•Gain experience in using computer technology through use of WBL
