• Training/support• Biweekly, on-line training • Web CMS website (http://cms.ucdavis.edu)• Client issue tracking through IET’s Remedy system• Client self-service through IET Knowledge Base• Monthly user group meetings

• Virtual webhosting service• Infrastructure funded by the Web CMS service budget• Currently hosting ~75 sites• ~25 sites managed by the Web CMS service

• Faculty personal/research site support• IET will provide a parallel service to meet faculty needs
