With the rapid change of business

environments, a strategic roadmap needs to be

adjusted in a timely manner.

What a proper system should be developed

in order to help a management team to monitor

Evaluation model hierarchy (Vatananan and Gerdsri, 2013)

TRM Status Signal

GREEN - A ‘Maintain’ signal indicates environment change

within an anticipated range that recommended to maintain a roadmap in its present state and operate the roadmapping

process as usual.

YELLOW - An ‘Adjust’ signal indicates that a change in the sub drivers has some effect on the roadmap and recommends

an adjustment.

RED - A ‘Revise’ signal indicates a severe impact from a change in an organization’s

environment on their roadmap that recommended a revision.

- How to turn the model of TRM status evaluation into a web application?

- How to design an operationalizable webform to enhance the practicality

and the ease of use?

Highlight:-The input form has separate into the

management level part and the operational level part.

-The step of input on webform has designed align with the working process in

common environment.-This application has common features for

all industries. So, It is suitable for all business types.

This computerized system which has been applied

the TRM evaluation model and user experience design, can

help a management team on decision-making process by

monitoring TRM status in a timely manner. The status

indicates the roadmap status whether to maintained,

adjusted or revised.
