❏ Launch the browser and enter below URL.

http://prajasadhikarasurvey.ap.gov.in/PSS2017/index.html

❏ Prajasadhikara survey Dashboard page will be displayed

❏ Click on “Dashboards” button, List will be displayed. Click on “ఆడబిడడకురక్షగా- కదులుదాం” button,

“ఆడబిడడకురక్షగా- కదులుదాం” login page will be displayed.

❏ Enter valid Username, Valid password and click on “Signup” button, “ఆడబిడడకు రక్షగా కదులుదాం

Campaign Data Submission Form” page will be displayed

❏ Fill below fields as shown in the below image

District/ జిలా్ల*

Rural/Urban/ గ్రగామీణ/ పట్టణ*

Mandal/Municipality/ మాండలము / మున్సి పాలిటీ*

Gram panchayat/Ward / గ్రగామపాంచాయితీ/వార్డడ*No of Males Participated

No of Females Participated

Guest Participated

Note: If you want to add more guests participated, Click on “Add” button

❏ Scroll down the page and Fill below fields as shown in the below image

Document Title

Image Title

Video Title

Note: Click on “Choose file(Documnet/Image/Video)” select “Documnet/Image/Video” and click on “Upload” button, Your

(Documnet/Image/Video) will be successfully uploaded.

❏ If you have any quotations, Enter quotations and click on “Save Data” button, Alert message will be dispalyed

and reads like “Your data submitted successfully”

❏ If you want to Logout from the application, Click on “LOG OUT” button. Successfully logout from the

application.
