We’ve made updates to the BMO Harris Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Service

In your browser, enter: https://bmodeposits.com/webclient

Before logging in, update compatibility view settings. Select Tools and then click on Compatibility View Settings. (Depending on your IE Version, ‘Compatibility View Settings’ can be found either under ‘Tools’ or ‘Settings’.)

Enter your existing user name and password, click Submit.

Accept the Terms and Conditions of the service. Then click Enroll to continue to the registration process to enroll in Multifactor Authentication.

From your list, click on bmodeposits.com to highlight, click the Remove button and then close out.

You have now successfully registered your computer and may use the RDC Service. Please contact the TPS Technical Help Desk at 866-867-2173 with any questions.

Choose three challenge questions from the dropdown lists, and enter the answers. (Special characters, numbers, spaces or any word in the challenge question itself is not allowed in the answers.)

Select the check box next to Remember this computer as: and then enter a name in the field. (The user will not be prompted to answer challenge questions if the computer is registered.)

Click Submit.

Go back into Compatibility View Settings.⑦

Add bmodeposits.com to the list of websites. Click Add then Close.
