The first page you may see when you first go to register on the Wearer Trial

website is one of the two below screenshots.

If you first arrived on the page above you should now see the page as shown

below, you may want to bookmark this page for quick access.

Wearer Trial User Guide

After clicking the register button you should see a page like in the images below.

Once you have submitted the registration, you will need to await account

approval, usually in 1 working day, if you have been waiting for more than 2

working days then please email Trials@quantumclothing.com

If approved you will receive an email similar to the image below.

Type in a username, it

must only contain

letters and numbers, no

spaces or punctuation.

Enter your forename and

surname, so we can

verify who you are and

approve your account

registration quicker.

An email address is required

so we can contact you.

You’ll get an email when your

account is approved.

Choose a password, the

only requirement is that

the password length is 7

characters or more.

Enter a security question

and answer which will be

used if you need to

recover your password.

Answer the sum in this image

(called a Captcha) into the

textbox below, this is used to

stop automated users.

Once complete you can click

the Register button to submit

your registration.

Once you have had your account approved you can login to enter your personal

details, including contact details and measurement/sizing information.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click the forgotten password link,

you will need to enter your username and the email you registered with and also

answer your security question, this is done to protect your account.

Once you have successfully logged in you will see the screen below.

Click the login button.

Which will load up this screen.

Click on ‘My Profile’ then ‘My Trial

Profile’ to enter your personal details.

After clicking the ‘My Trial Profile’ link for the first time you will see this screen.

Enter your forename

and surname.

Enter your date of birth in

the format i.e. 11/03/1991

Enter a daytime phone number

that you are contactable on.

Select the Trial Group you are in, if

you aren’t sure select ‘North Street’.

State any fabrics you are allergic to.

And select any activities you do.

Lastly you must read the disclosure agreement and agree to it on submission of

your details.

After submitting your contact details, another screen will load as shown below

(measurements required will change based on gender selection in previous

screen), where you enter your measurement details.

Once finished click save.

Please select the sizes

you would normally buy.

After entering your measurements and saving the information, you will get to

select the garment styles you wish to trial, first you select the clothing category.

Next you can select styles in that category, a selection of Knicker styles are

shown below.

For example selecting Knickers by

clicking this button.

You can select to trial a particular style

by clicking either ‘Yes, I buy and wear

regularly’ or ‘Yes, I would like to trial’

Save these style selections and

you will be taken back to the

clothing category selection above.

Just a couple of things to note in the style selection pages, if you select any Bra

or Tights/Hosiery style you must answer the corresponding questions

(screenshot below) to be selected for trials of these garments, these questions

are located at the bottom of the Bra and Tights/Hosiery style selection pages.

When you have entered all your details in the previous two steps, you will start

to be selected for trials based on your measurement details (which we convert to

a standard clothing size), style selection and other preferences (if you answered

the Bra and Tight/Hosiery questions mentioned on the previous page).

You will be notified of your selection for a trial via the email you registered with,

similar to the image below.

Once selected for a trial and notified you will receive the garment and front

sheet/care label a few days later, it will look similar to the below image (click on

the image below to load an example front sheet.) and list all relevant

information about the trial, including trial details, garment details, wash care

instructions and contact details of the examiner.

After wearing and washing the garment based on the requirements on the front

sheet/care label, you will need to fill in the questionnaire and post the garment

back (with the prepaid package enclosed).

To fill in the questionnaire you will need to go to the ‘My Wearer Trials’ page by

logging into the website as shown below.

Move the mouse cursor over the

‘My Profile’ link until you see the

‘My Wearer Trials’ link, then click

the ‘My Wearer Trials’ link.

This shows your currently selected styles

with ticks or crosses for those you

haven’t selected any style for, you can

update the style selections via the ‘sign

up’ or ‘update information’ buttons

Any trials you are in will be shown

in these tables, and will be listed

as either overdue trials (where you

are late submitting the

questionnaire), current trials and

any past trials you have been in.
