We Welcome You to Worship With Us by Eastlink and YouTube here at Messiah Lutheran Church
Second Sunday after Pentecost - June 14, 2020 10:30 am
Journeying into unknown places, Abraham and Sarah found themselves on a rather unexpected path. They were given a child at such an old age. God’s promise to them would be fulfilled. We too journey into unknown places as we are sent into the world to experience and share God’s mystery and love. Our path will also take us also into unknown places. God remains with us.
As we gather for worship we are reminded of God’s presence with us as we are called
forth. We need not know all that is ahead. We only need to know the gentle presence of our Lord who leads and guides us along our path as we share of God’s love with the world. This we can trust. Today we acknowledge our grads in our bulletin. This message is also for them as they journey forward into the places God has called each of them to serve and share of God’s love with all.
Sunday morning service is currently closed to the public, but we will continue to broadcast on Eastlink channels 10, 310 & 610. Rebroadcast Wednesdays at 5:30 pm.
Our services are LIVE streamed on YouTube. Search for MessiahCamrose. There is also a link for the live stream on our website messiahcamrose.ca. Previous Sunday’s services may also be found on YouTube or on our website at messiahcamrose.ca under the ‘Worship’ tab. There you will find ‘Worship Services Archived’.
‘Connecting in the Word’
Your pastors have brief recorded inspirational messages to help us with some added connection in addition to our regular worship that will be on Eastlink TV and YouTube. Every Tuesday and Thursday we will put up our messages where you
can listen and also write in a response if you wish. Look for a notice on the home page of our website messiahcamrose.ca, to connect to a link that will be called, “Connecting in the Word”. On Saturday’s look for a message for the kids!
Join us in this time of making safe connection with one another around God’s word. We welcome your responses.
