Mavrikos Hotel

• We stayed and worked in the 3 star Mavrikos Hotel in Tsilivi.

This hotel is perfect for families and couples, has a pool and a small one for the kids too.

Rooms and services

• The hotel has 3 types of rooms, the first is the simple hotel room which contains a mini fridge, the studio room where you can use oven as you have a smaller kitchen. The apartments are bigger, have kitchen and two bedrooms with double beds.

Meals

• Breakfast: quite varied, you can choose from many things like fruits, yoghurt, cornflakes, toasts, ham, butter, scrambled eggs, fried eggs etc. (buffet)

• Snack bar: hamburgers, toasts, chicken souvlaki, french fries, chicken nuggets (fast foods)

• Dinner: daily menu with 5 dishes, or you can choose from the menu

We always had dinner in the restaurant which was made by Mimoza, the only chef at the Mavrikos who workes on her own at the evenings!

Reception and restaurant

I also worked at reception where I did the check in, check the rooms and just helped what I could.
