A fortune 5000 company based in LA, United States

Our customer is a fast growing company which provides Salesforce

custom solutions for the FinTech market. Their business was growing

quicker than they were able to scale internally and they needed help to

increase their capacity. They have decided to outsource part of their

work to a third party provider. After having had a few unsatisfactory

experiences with outsourcing companies in India and Latin America, they

have decided to try us. We quickly won our customer's trust, and they

transferred all of their outsourcing business to Apt Systems.

● Time zone difference challenges. Because our customer's team is based on the west coast and we are based in the GMT+2 time zone which does not have enough of overlap during work hours, our customer feared that communication would be slower and the relationship might not work in the long run.
