Every irrigated farm enterprise requires systems to produce the best commercial outcomes in terms of crop or pasture yields. Typical irrigation systems will include a pump system for water delivery. Pumping systems can be quite complex, and depending on your requirements, may include different drive types from diesel to electric and may also include variable speed drives and control systems. Solar pumping is not just a solution for remote areas where electricity connections are uneconomic. More and more farmers are replacing the iconic windmill with solar. Think Water stores design, supply, install and maintain commercial irrigation projects, from golf course irrigation, council sports ovals, racetracks, hockey fields and landscape irrigation around commercial buildings, to estates and housing developments.

Irrigation projects can also involve pumping design elements. Building a water and energy efficient system is a mix of both design and key product selection which results in a reduction in lifetime operational costs of the system. These savings can be significant and help off set the capital costs involved. Installation may also involve the use of recycled water, which is a more and more common practice where a reliable source of recycled water is available
