About Us Jim loves a good story – especially when it leads a nonprofit to the right outcomes. Helping nonprofits discover, define, develop and deliver the right stories that lead to greater financial support from current and prospective donors, heighten an organization’s awareness, attract new clients, increase membership, recruit new board members or simply enhance the overall understanding and reputation of a nonprofit organization is what inspired Jim to launch OrgStory.   Jim has spent the past 30+ years as a leader in organizational management, strategic planning, marketing and communications, developing and delivering the stories of both for profit and nonprofit organizations locally, regionally, nationally and globally.   Jim is an active board member for nonprofit organizations and, continues his volunteer mission work focused primarily on disaster relief efforts. Jim is also an adjunct full professor at Webster University in its School of Communications. He has been a frequent speaker for various organizations primarily on the topic of strategic planning and communications.   Jim holds a M.A. in Nonprofit Management from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

About Us

Spending his career working with some of the largest brands in the world, Kyle has brought his strategic focus to helping nonprofits communicate the right stories to their constituents.   Kyle has worked with a wide range of nonprofit organizations, helping them find their voice, and focus – primarily within the digital space. Over the last five years, his creativity and contagious energy has helped elevate organizations to their fullest potential.   At OrgStory, Kyle manages internal marketing initiatives as well as various research and planning projects. He has served on various boards and has been a past speaker on marketing and communications at college forums. He writes on marketing strategy frequently as well.   Kyle holds a B.S. in Business -Marketing from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.
