BestellungenBitte senden Sie uns ihre Bestellung schriftlich per E-Mail an: [email protected]. Um Missverständnisse und Fehllieferungen zu vermeiden, geben Sie nach Möglichkeit immer unsere Artikelnummer mit an.

Muster Muster werden aus organisatorischen Gründen gegen Berechnung geliefert. Bei frachtfreier Rückgabe in der Orginalverpackung und in einwandfreiem Zustand, erhalten Sie eine Gutschrift. Varianten und Sonderanfertigungen sind von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen.

Lieferung/ Versand Alle Lieferungen erfolgen, soweit nicht anders vereinbart, ab Werk Troisdorf, zzgl. Fracht- und Verpackungskosten und der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer, per Paketdienst oder Spedition. Bitte prüfen Sie die Lieferung direkt beim Erhalt der Waren und vermerken eventuelle Schäden auf den Frachtpapieren. Ohne einen entsprechenden Vermerk lehnen die Paketdienste und Spediteure Transportschäden generell ab und der Schaden geht dann zu ihren Lasten.

Zahlung Soweit nicht anders vereinbart, erwarten wir ihre Zahlungen innerhalb von 10 Tagen abzgl. 2 % Skonto oder 30 Tagen Netto, Bonität vorausgesetzt.

Gewährleistung / UmtauschGewährleistungsforderungen kommen wir selbstverständlich gemäß unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen nach. Standardartikel können nach Rücksprache umgetauscht werden – hierfür fallen 20 % des Warenwertes, mindestens jedoch 10,- € für Überprüfung, Neuverpackung und Wiedereinlagerung an – die, ebenso wie die Transportkosten, nicht gutgeschrieben werden können. Varianten und Sonderanfertigungen sind vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen.

DruckerzeugnisseDer Auftraggeber hat die Vertragsgemäßheit der zur Korrektur übersandten Vor- und Zwischenerzeugnisse zu überprüfen.Die Gefahr etwaiger Fehler geht mit der Druckreif-Erklärung auf den Auftraggeber über, soweit es sich nicht um Fehler handelt, die erst in dem sich an den Druckreif-Erklärung anschließenden Produktionsvorgang entstanden sind oder erkannt werden konnten. Das gleiche gilt für alle sonstigen Freigabeerklärungen des Kunden zur weiteren Herstellung.Geringfügige Farbabweichungen vom Original können bei farbigen Reproduktionen in allen Druckverfahren nicht beanstandet werden. Dies gilt auch für den Vergleich zwischen Andruck und Auflagendruck.Mehr- oder Minderlieferungen bis zu 10 % der bestellten Auflage, können nicht beanstandet werden. Berechnet wird die gelieferte Menge.

Gültigkeit / AGB’sDiese Preisliste ist gültig ab 18. November 2017. Alle früheren Preislisten und Angebote verlieren hiermit ihre Gültigkeit. Irrtümer und technische Änderungen bleiben vorbehalten. Lieferungen erfolgen ausschließlich gemäß unseren AGB, die wir Ihnen gerne auf Wunsch zur Verfügung stellen.

OrdersPlease send us written orders by email to [email protected]. To avoid misunderstandings and false deliveries, please enter our article number.

SamplesDue to organizational reasons, a charge is always made for samples. If the sample is returned in perfect condition and free of transportation charges, the cost of the sample will be credited (less 20 % of the goods value, at least 10,- € ) for inspection, repacking and restoring of the goods. Please bear in mind that customised versions cannot be returned.

Dispatch / ShipmentAll shipments are made “ex works Troisdorf” plus the cost of freight and VAT, except when otherwise stipulated. The methods of dispatch are by parcel service or carrier, depending on weight and cost. Please inspect the goods on delivery in the presence of the carrier and record any damage on the freight note. Otherwise the carrier will not accept liability and you will have to bear the cost of damage.

PaymentYour payment is due, unless otherwise agreed, within 10 days less 2% discount or within 30 days net, subject to creditworthiness.

Guarantee / Replacementsupdate displays products are sold subject to previous testing by purchasers in their commercial environment for suitability for the purpose involved. Otherwise our current business terms apply to guarantee period. Please contact our sales team if you want to return or replace standard products, non-standard items and customised versions cannot be returned.

PrintThe client has to check the conformity of the correction sent to primary and intermediate products.The risk of any errors shall pass with the “print release” to the client as far as there are no errors that have arisen in the work flow after print release.The same applies to all other release declarations by the customer for further production. Minor colour variations from the original cannot be rejected in coloured reproductions in all printing processes. This also applies for the comparison between proof and production prints.Excess or short deliveries up to 10% of the ordered quantity, cannot be rejected. The quantity delivered will be invoiced.
