If - you have experience recruitment, development and performance evaluation, - you have experience in leading projects and processes, - you have excellent interpersonal skills and you are able to build working relationships, - you have an interest in home furnishings and people’s everyday life at home, - you are self-motivated and take initiative when working towards set objectives, - you are structured, flexible and able to deal with tight deadlines, - you can prioritise and organise your work and the work of others to make the most efficient use of time available, - you are good at creating an open environment by encouraging constructive, honest, two-way feedback and discussions, - you are a good communicator both verbally and in writing, - you have excellent English knowledge, - you are computer literate, and if you recognize your own worth but see it in others too, if your enthusiasm radiates to your colleagues and you lead with your own example, if you believe that sharing your ideas is best for better and new ways of doing things, we would like to hear from you.
