We are so very thankful for your support and partnership. We simply could not do God’s work here without the contribution of your time, talents, and treasure! It really is such a blessing to have you working right alongside us as we reach young people and families with the Good News of Jesus Christ! Our vision is to double the outreach of our ministry and programs over the coming years. With God’s blessing, we believe we will have the opportunity to serve 50,000 campers and guests in the not-too-distant future. This is a leap of faith to be sure. But we have a Big God and enjoy a wonderful legacy of committed volunteers, partners, and givers like you. Together we can impact thousands more in the coming years! Your investment in the ministry here is more than just maintaining, repairing, and building new facilities. Your partnership also strengthens and expands our direct outreach programs to kids and families. You are making a difference in the lives of the many people who will experience “Life Change” in Christ when they attend camps and conferences here. Thanks again for your prayers, partnership, and support. Dear Friends and Family, Ephesians 5:8-9 “For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! For this light within you produces only what is good and right and true.” We are very excited about this year’s theme “Light.” In our theme verse in Ephesians, Paul encourages us to turn away from the way we used to live, to put off the old self, and to live as ones who are set apart from the world. We are to be a light to those around us who are still living in darkness. At Lake Geneva Youth Camp it is our mission this summer to use this theme to encourage our campers to respond to Jesus’ call and to live as people of light! Our Day Camps, Classic Camps, and Adventure Camps are underway and we are excited to be able to share the love of Christ with the thousands of campers, families, and retreat guests who will come to our property over the next few months. Thank you for your continued support and investment in our life-changing ministry. 3 SPECIAL NEEDS

“Camp is a life-changer for so many people.” We say this a lot, but what does it really mean? At home, many children spend hours a day playing video games, on the internet, or in front of the TV. Their days are packed to the max with extracurricular activities, deadlines, and the expectations of those around them. Many do not have positive adult inuences, spend time in meaningful conversation with their parents, or feel signicant and valued. At camp, campers have the opportunity to get away from the pressures and distractions of everyday life. They are free from busy schedules, media and technology, and free from the expectations and pressures of their peers. At camp, children are cared for by nurturing adults, challenged to explore and experience nature, and are shown the love of God.

Our campers come from dierent backgrounds and all walks of life, but at camp everyone is on an equal playing eld. New friendships, new experiences, and a newfound independence give campers the time and space to grow into the person God has created them to be.

Whether coming to an LGYC programmed camp or as a retreat guest, our campers are welcomed into an environment that fosters life-changing experiences. A camper’s time here might be the only time in their life where they have the opportunity to hear the Gospel, and we want to make sure that opportunity is not wasted.

To make sure a camp experience is accessible for everyone, we strive to keep camp and retreat fees aordable for all our guests. However, charging reduced fees does not adequately cover the cost of deferred maintenance, sta salaries, and operating expenses, and it hinders our goal of continually working to improve the camper and guest experience through innovative additions and capital improvements. To do ministry eectively, while keeping a camp experience accessible to all, we rely heavily on the nancial support of donors and ministry partners like you.

Would you give a gift to our Camp Excellence Fund(Where Needed Most Fund) so that we can continueto provide excellent camp experiences for all of ourcampers and guests for generations to come?

Would you join others as a monthly giving partner?

Royal Family Kids Camp is a special ministry that provides a week-long camp experience for abused, neglected, and abandoned kids who live in foster care or group homes under the legal guardianship of the Department of Children and Family Services in our area. Many of these children have been separated from their siblings and live with low self-esteem, distrust, and perpetual anger.

Each summer Royal Family Kids programs 4 weeks of camp grounded in strong Christian values at Lake Geneva Youth Camp to serve hundreds of kids from Willow Creek, Belvidere, Milwaukee, and Racine. With a nearly one-to-one ratio of campers and adults, campers are loved, accepted, and nurtured, given hope, and the opportunity to form positive memories.

Why is it important to keep camp and retreat fees aordable? Because many of the ministries, like Royal Family, that choose to partner with us for their camps are considered "opt-in" and are oered free of charge for children to attend the program. The foremost thing Lake Geneva Camps and Conferences can do to support these life-changing ministries is to continue to provide accessible camp opportunities by keeping costs low and osetting operating expenses through the support of generous donors.

Would you give a gift to our Camp Excellence Fund (Where Needed Most Fund) so that we can continue to provide accessible camp experiences to all of our campers and guests?

The kids really opened up and absorbed the teachings that weekend. I saw them forming stronger connections between each other. I think they are beginning to see Jesus as a real person, as the Son of God, and not just some story they heard in Sunday School.
