- GOLDEN SOUR - £8.00We know this sounds a bit rude but it’s not really, it’s just a drink. A Simmons take on a Whiskey Sour with Bourbon, Fresh Lemon and a special secret recipe syrup that's made out of fresh Golden......err.... Syrup? Hold on a minute..........

- MY TIE - £7.50 A cleverly re-named cocktail for those who enjoy a fruity, TOTALLY TROPICAL,

punch-like drink. DOUBLE RUM, OrGeat Syrup (Almond), a squeeze of lime, some

lovely Pineapple Juice topped with some fruity garnishes TO finish it off.

- SEX WITH A LAD - £7.50 We've noticed that people become rather shy whilst ordering this drink, theres no need to be embarrassed; its only hot steamy nasty alcohol. Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice, Peach puree shaken and served long, like a lad.

created something really really...you know...exotic. Ciroc Coconut Vodka, Coconut Rum,

Fresh Lime, Fresh Mint, Sugar Syrup, topped up with Pineapple Juice, and yes, it

tastes very exotic.

- SLOE SAILOR - £8.20 Remember: Drinking before 10am makes you a Pirate, not an alcoholic. Sloe Gin, Sailor Jerrys, Fresh Strawberries a bit of Lemon Juice and a dash of Sugar Syrup makes up this lovely piratey grog.

£8.20 - JAMBLE -When I wrote this I was sat in a bar and one of the barmaids was fit, and when i say ‘fit’ i mean ‘FIT’, so it/that/she inspired me to write that she was fit, oh and in a

Jamble is Gin, Chambord, Fresh Raspberries, Raspberry Jam and Cranberry Juice but who cares about all that. She was fit.

- HENRIETTA FIZZ - £8.50 Henrietta is a feminine given name, derived from the male name henry. A henrietta fizz is a really nice drink you can buy in simmons that contains fresh strawberries, vodka, strawberry puree, a squeeze of lemon and a prosecco top. Interesting, and delicious.

Cachaca, Fresh Lime and Sugar and it's delicious.

- OLD FASHIONED - £9.00 It's old, it's fashionable, it takes ages to makE AND its pretty damn good. Buffalo

Trace Bourbon, MUSCAVADO Sugar, a dash of Bitters, a ZESTY ORANGE PEEL and a

Cherry to top.

- PORNSTAR MARTINI - £9.00 Melons, marrows, bangers, baps can all be quite cheeky names for what?..........Yep, things you can eat. Vanilla Vodka, Passion Fruit Liqueur, Passion Fruit Puree all shaken up and strained in to a glass with a bubbly shot of Prosecco on the side.

Chocolate Powder. Sounds good, is good.

- ZOMBIE - £10.00 In a Zombie we put some rum, then we add some rum and then we add some more

rum, next it’s a bit of apricot brandy, pineapple juice and orange juice, oh and

then its topped up with rum so yeah all in all it’s quite rummy.
